A culinary adventure in the most beautiful corner of Italy for real foodies and lovers of the Mediterranean lifestyle.

DAY 1 SORRENTO

After your arrival at Naples Airport, the private transfer will take you to your hotel. Enjoy the rest of the day. Your concierge will take care of your dinner reservations.

DAY 2 SORRENTO

Today you will cook with the 2-star chef Don Alfonso Jaccarino in his legendary restaurant in San't Agata. After a walk through the garden and wine cellar, the cooking class begins. You will learn from the great chef in an atmospheric ambience according to the thousand-year-old tradition of the Sorrento Peninsula and the Amalfi Coast. What is cooked is also eaten, so you have lunch at Don Alfonso's.

In the afternoon you will discover secret places on the Sorrento Peninsula with your private guide: Nerano, Marina del Cantone or Termini and Massa Lubrense - small towns with always beautiful sea panoramas and delicious specialties!

Tonight you will eat directly by the sea in the Maxi restaurant (1 Michelin star) in Vico Equense.

DAY 3 POMPEI

Today you can expect “volcanic activity” and discover the area of ​​Vesuvius. With your private guide you will travel to Pompeii and visit the unique excavations and immerse yourself in the Roman past with all its fascination. Afterwards you will drive in style to the “Cantina del Vesuvio” winery where you can taste the various wines of the “Lacryma Christi” variety. Afterwards, a royal lunch awaits you with local antipasto mix, followed by the spaghetti from Torre del Greco with fresh tomato sauce made from Piennolo tomatoes from Vesuvius (these tomatoes are only available here). For dessert, have an apricot brandy with a piece of pastiera, the classic dessert of Campania.

Tonight you will eat at the 4 Passi restaurant (2 Michelin stars) in Nerano – Massa Lubrense.

DAY 4 CAPRI

Enjoy a wonderful tour with your private boat along the magical Amalfi Coast. Stop off in Positano and discover the vibrant Mediterranean coastal town with its art galleries and boutiques. Then get back on the boat and travel along the coast to Amalfi. Make a stop here too - enjoy the fabulous atmosphere of the narrow streets, visit the cathedral with the impressive staircase, the romantic cloister to paradise, the museum and the crypt. Find a restaurant for lunch and get back on the boat in the afternoon. Now continue on to the iconic island of Capri. You will be picked up at the port of Capri by the private transfer and driven to your hotel.

Tonight you will eat in the Mamma restaurant (1 Michelin star) with a unique panorama.

DAY 5 CAPRI

The next morning you will be picked up by your guide to discover the island of Capri on land and water. Nowhere in the world are there so many elegant boutiques of luxury brands concentrated in one small spot as on Capri. The flair will surely inspire you. In addition to the shopping experience, much more awaits you here - numerous natural beauties and incomparable views of the sea.

You will be able to discover the most beautiful sides of the island from the boat. Spend a wonderful afternoon by the sea - visit the grottoes, rocks and caves of Faraglioni.

Late in the afternoon you will be accompanied to the port, where a private boat will be waiting for you and will take you to Ischia past the small island of Procida, the island in the Gulf of Naples that is least influenced by tourism. Arriving in Ischia, check into your hotel and relax in the spa.

Tonight you will enjoy a special dinner at the Castello Aragonese d'Ischia.

DAY 6 ISCHIA

This morning you will be personally picked up from the hotel by the celebrity chef Nino di Costanzo and your guide. With your famous teacher you go to the market to buy the ingredients. You will receive useful information about the individual products and what you should pay attention to when purchasing. You will get your first impressions of the specialties of the island of Ischia and the Campania region. You will then drive to the Maison Dani restaurant, where the cooking class begins with the delicacies you have purchased, followed by the pure enjoyment of lunch.

Enjoy the rest of the day under the Ischia sun.

Your concierge will take care of table reservations for dinner.

DAY 7 ISCHIA

The island awaits you with a number of natural beauties. Your guide will show you Sorgeto - a bay where the thermal water comes from the sea and is ideal for swimming all year round - Epomeo with cave dwellings (Cava Scura) - a Roman spa complex - and much more. A visit to the La Mortella botanical garden is an absolute highlight. This is one of the most beautiful gardens in Italy. Concerts take place here every weekend. The rare plants provide unique backdrops for the events. La Mortella was founded by Lady Walton - the wife of the composer Sir William Walton. The garden's patron saint is King Charles of England.

In the evening, enjoy a traditional dinner at the Pietratorcia winery.

DAY 8 NAPLES

In the morning you will be picked up from the hotel and taken to Naples by private speedboat.
