The picturesque surroundings of the green Istria paints magnificent scenery for the new Villa Yellow Tree. You will find the colors and structures of nature in the Interieur design of the villa again. Thanks to the large sliding glass doors, practically the entire ground floor can be opened onto the spacious terraces with deckchairs.
The villa is L-shaped - on one side is the living area over 2 levels and on the other side the entertainment area with a large roof terrace with spectacular views of the magic countryside.
With the high-quality equipment and furnishings, as well as the wellness area and indoor pool, the Villa Yellow Tree is the perfect hideaway for discerning nature- and tranquillity-lovers.

- Ground floor - Spacious living room with comfortable sofas (2 additinal slppeing possibilities), dining area, and a modern, fully equipped kitchen
- First floor - Here is the sleeping area with 4 luxurious bedrooms, each with king-size bed, en-suite bathroom, satellite TV and balcony
- Entertainment area - On the ground floor there is the impressive, 18 m long pool. Through the sliding glass doors, the entire room can be completely opened. Large Jacuzzi, sauna, gym and a bathroom with shower are also on this level. Over the stairs you reach the sun roof with deckchairs and a dreamy view.
Outdoor
The villa is framed by the garden side with high quality wooden terrace with sun loungers. Under the big tree in the garden stands the outdoor dining area with beautiful wooden table and chairs. On the property are private parking places for 4 cars.
