The 663 sqm residence offers elegant and comfortable living spaces, a fully equipped kitchen with generous work surfaces and numerous amenities. Enjoy Mallorcan specialities and gather with family and friends around the solid wooden dining table. Afterwards, relax with a drink in the open-plan living room, furnished with exceptionally comfortable sofas and a fireplace for cooler evenings. The living area flows seamlessly into the outdoor spaces, from where you can enjoy breathtaking views of the lush green landscape and the sea. In total, five double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms ensure maximum privacy.
To fully embrace the stunning views over the countryside and the sea, all living areas as well as the main terrace are located on the upper floor, which also serves as the entrance level. The bedrooms are situated on the lower floor, each with direct access to the garden.
During the summer season, Villa Vista Aguila is rented with full staff and all-inclusive catering. In the low season, staff services can be booked on request.
