Between the forested hills of the Esterel is the secured domain located, in Les Adrets de l'Esterel - called the Terrace of Cannes. Villa Trésor is situated on a property of 1500 sqm with a baroque garden and wonderful sea views over the bay of Cannes. The spacious garden terrace is equipped with several seating areas, sun loungers, dining table and a beautiful heated infinity pool, with outdoor shower. Let yourself be enchanted by the lush flowers in the garden, according to the seasons, and enjoy the atmospheric evenings on the terrace by the illuminated pool and garden. Even in the winter months have always a mild, dry climate, digestible for body and soul, with appropriate distance to the sea.
The villa – which is the holiday home of an interior designer - has been renovated in the elegant country house style of Provence, equipped with modern accents and comfort. Art objects decorate the rooms and the garden.
The 220 sqm living space on two levels offer a spacious place for 4 persons, but it´s also particularly cozy for two.
LAYOUT
Ground floor
In the spacious living area there is an open fireplace, a seating area and the dining area with access to the terrace and the garden.
The Provençal-style kitchen is not only beautiful but also very practical and modern.
The guest toilet and a niche with washing machine and dryer are also located on the ground floor.
All living rooms have sea views and views of the Esterel mountains, with indescribable moods and a special light.
First floor
The two bedrooms - the blue and the yellow - share a bathroom and the toilet is separate.
The bathroom is stocked with fluffy hand and bath towels, hairdryer and cosmetic products.
In the house is the private apartment of the owners in the ground floor area, this is not rented and also not occupied, during the stay of guests in the house.
