Villa Tide in Island Brac

Villa Tide is the newest star on the island of Brac. Situated directly at the sea, modern architecture, design and comfort, many highlights inside and out - Villa Tide is our absolute favorite on the Dalmatian coast. The villa is located in a quiet bay of the picturesque fishing village, Selca.

Blessed with crystal clear waters, the area offers the perfect conditions for living by the sea: sailing, fishing and diving. In addition, Brac has more to offer: ancient historic sites, picturesque harbors, nature trails, a variety of beach bars and restaurants.

The colors and shapes bring elegance, comfort and a modern maritime lifestyle under one roof. Extensive equipment and exceptional service completes the creation of the holiday dreams.

Villa Tide extends over 550 m² on three floors and offers 6 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms for up to 12 people. The outdoor area entices guests with an 11-meter infinity pool, gym, sauna and a floating dock with loungers. The levels are connected by a lift (Thyssen Krupp). The highlight remains still the majestic view of the sea and the other side of the bay.

Layout

Upper floor

• You enter the villa on the second floor in the reception room with cloakroom, elevator and stairs of Egyptian limestone. On this floor there are 3 bedrooms - each room has its own style and a private terrace overlooking the bay of Sumartin. The bedrooms each have a king-size bed, luxurious bathroom with tropical shower and free-standing bath, separate dressing room and safe. The third bedroom is handicapped accessible.

First floor

• The internal staircase or the elevator leads to the first floor. 3 further bedrooms, among them the tropical-style master bedroom with king-size bed, a bathroom with separate shower, a separate dressing room, safe and access to a large private terrace.
• Fitness room with exercise equipment from Kettler, flat screen TV and mirrored wall.
  Study with desk, printer, scanner and copier.

Ground floor

• The large main living area is located on the ground floor, visually divided into several areas. Fully equipped kitchen, dining area with large dining table, sitting area with stylish works of art, fireplace (bioethanol), smart satellite TV, Blu-ray player. The large sliding doors open onto the 350 sqm terrace with pool and sun loungers.
• Here you will find the games room with billiards and the wellness area with sauna with infrared function.
• Laundry room with washer and dryer, separate guest toilet and elevator.

Outdoor

On the large terrace are the built barbecue grill, kitchenette, dining table for 12 people, sitting area, sun loungers, the large pool with massage jet. An ideal place to relax in comfort, front of majestic backdrops. In front of the terrace you have access to the floating dock, kayaks and boat mooring.
