The estate is set within a natural bay, where even larger yachts can anchor. Panoramic views extend across the Tavolara Marine Protected Area to the iconic island of Tavolara itself.
The villa blends seamlessly into its paradisiacal natural surroundings and benefits from exceptional tranquility and seaside serenity. Originally built in the 1970s, it was fully renovated in 2011. Generous living spaces and magnificent outdoor areas create an elegant backdrop for large family holidays or special events. High-quality amenities, a fitness room, and a sauna complete the offering.
With 650 m² of living space, 8 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms in the main house, plus 1 en-suite double bedroom in the cottage, Villa Tavolara comfortably accommodates up to 18 guests.

Included in the Rental Price
Daily morning housekeeping service provided by two staff members for a total shift of 8 hours per day, 6 days per week (day off to be agreed with the client);
Mid-week change of all bed linen and towels (Tuesday or Wednesday);
Chef service for one 8-hour shift per day covering 3 meals, 6 days per week (day off to be agreed with the client);
Butler service for 8 hours per day, 6 days per week (day off to be agreed with the client);
Electricity consumption (air conditioning) and gas consumption (heating) are included in the rental rate.
Additional Costs
Security deposit and advance payment for food and beverages: €20,000 (to be reconciled against actual expenses);
Utilities flat fee: €900 per week;
Pool heating (upon request), heated up to 32°C: €2,500 per week plus 22% VAT;
VAT of 22% will be applied to all services and utilities not included in the rental rate.
