While the elegant main living and dining room with fireplace and open kitchen is located on the ground floor from where you can reach the two bedrooms in the annex via a ground-level terrace, there is another living area with sea view and its own terrace on the second floor. To use the summer kitchen with fireplace and pizza oven, go down the stairs in the house or the terrace to the lower floor. There you will also find a covered dining table for outdoor meals.

Due to the lovely designed outdoor area, this villa is ideal for spending a lot of time outdoors. Whether it is relaxing in the infinity pool, lounging on the tiered terraces, in the lounge areas in the garden or sunbathing on the stone plateaus of the villa property, directly by the sea. You can reach the sea via a few steps and also have the opportunity to dock there directly with a boat.

There is a lot to say about the island of Solta. It is ideal for a relaxed holiday in the middle of untouched nature. You have the opportunity to reach small, hidden bays by boat or via hiking trails with plenty of vegetation. Or you can explore the colourful underwater world while snorkelling in the turquoise water. For day trips to Split, a regular ferry takes you to the mainland, so you can also plan a relaxed stroll through the city in between.
