Villa Sole is set in 25,000 square metres of land with Mediterranean plants, flowers and fruit trees. The living area is 200 square metres and has numerous sofas - some with sea views. The dining area can seat 12 to 16 people and the kitchen, which can be separated by sliding doors, is equipped with all the appliances needed to create a delicious feast. A total of five luxurious bedrooms (plus one for staff) and six bathrooms provide plenty of living comfort and privacy.

Outside, there is a 25 x 4.5 metre infinity pool, a pool terrace with sun loungers, a large dining table, a sofa and a huge, manicured garden with various relaxation areas. There are also lawns, various terraces, a Jacuzzi, a bocce court and stunning views of the surrounding countryside.

The paradisiacal beach of Cala Jondal is only a stone's throw away from Villa Sole. The capital and the international airport are about 15 minutes away by car. The entire south coast with beaches and coves such as Cala d'Hort, Cala Bassa or Platges de Comte, as well as the island of Sa Conillera, are well worth a day trip.
