Villa Sambuca is a beautiful retreat nestled among ancient woods on the banks of the River Pesa in the heart of Tuscany, in the iconic Chianti region. Take in the surrounding beauty with all your senses - the millennia of history, the intense colours and the soothing voice of the river. As well as the landscape, the location is unique. Close to Florence and the Chianti wineries, including the famous Antinori, with its architectural masterpiece, Villa Sambuca offers a thrilling experience for all those who love Tuscany.

Villa Sambuca has recently been completely renovated. The rooms are located in the main house and two outbuildings, the former barns – Il Rosmarino and Il Leccio.

The large swimming pool is surrounded by lush vegetation. A magical atmosphere is created by the scent of the cypresses, the sound of the nearby river and the Tuscan hills in the background. At the rear of the villa there are verandas with large round tables, a wood-burning stove and a relaxation area where the channels of the old mill can be seen.

The river beach is a true oasis where you can reconcile with nature and relax.

It is decorated in a modern country house style with elegant beige furniture, terracotta and wooden floors, wooden beams and a few rustic stone walls. An antique kitchen is beautifully restored and equipped with modern appliances. A total of 7 bedrooms provide high quality accommodation for up to 14 people.
