In the heart of the picturesque Tuscan countryside, which changes colour with every season, you will find a 4-hectare private paradise with wide meadows, herb and vegetable gardens, fruit trees and beautiful walks. The garden has various seating areas and a 13 metre swimming pool with sun loungers and parasols.
This charming residence offers complete privacy and tranquillity for a relaxing holiday. However, the area offers exciting excursions to the medieval and renaissance towns of Pienza, Montepulciano and Cetona, with their picturesque squares, shops and fine restaurants, where you can feel the spirit of the historic past at first hand. Further afield, within an hour's drive, are the treasures of Arezzo, Perugia, Siena, Assisi and Orvieto, world famous cities known and loved for their beauty, history, art, food and wine.
The 585 square metres of living space is spread over 2 floors with spacious living areas and 6 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. The owners, who are art collectors, have given the villa an extravagant look. The villa has a modern Tuscan feel with a combination of antique and modern furniture, designer lamps and famous works by international artists.
