The liberty style villa was recently completely renovated and converted into a luxurious hideaway according to the latest standards.

With its altitude of 881 meters above the lake and without immediate neighbours, the villa is a true oasis of peace. The atmospheric mountain village of Pigra is 300 meters away and the popular lake village of Argegno can be reached in 4 minutes by the funicular. Pigra has a few restaurants and is a perfect base for hiking and mountain biking. Argegno offers a wide range of restaurants, a boat dock and a water taxi service to reach all major destinations of the lake Como. For an exclusive lakeside experience, you can rent the villa's private boat for a half or full day.

The villa is perched on a 4,5 acre property with unparalleled views of the mountains and lake. 1231 sqm of living space over 3 floors and 8 bedrooms offer luxurious accommodation for up to 14 people. Cots are available.
