Villa Plemmirio is located in the protected area of Plemmirio, 10 km south of the historic center of Syracuse - Ortigia. The villa has been refurbished in a fresh, modern style with quality materials and transformed into a comfortable home for sunny Sicilian holidays. Rises over the coast, in the midst of wonderful nature with stunning views of the sea and countryside.
The ground floor is a living an open plan living space with floor to ceiling windows, with access to the patio – allowing to enjoy the magnificent view. A smart double-sided fireplace divides the space into two areas, a sitting area with TV, and a airy dining area with a large, oval table. From the dining area you can access the kitchen, which is separated from the living area with a glass wall.
The stair leads to the upper floor with a second panoramic living room with bar and sitting room. The sleeping area consists of four stylish double bedrooms, each with en-suite bathroom.
Style and comfort continue their mission also in the outdoor area. A freeform infinity pool with sun deck and loungers provides refreshment and superb panoramic views.
