With three bedrooms, Villa Pina—renovated in 2022—is considered a more intimate property compared to other luxury villas. Thanks to its open, light-filled architecture and the large covered lounge area, it is perfectly suited for spending warm summer evenings outdoors with family or close friends. The villa’s clear focus is on its magnificent panoramic views, which can be enjoyed from all living and bedrooms alike.

The open-plan living and kitchen area on the first floor opens directly onto the upper terrace, where a large dining table awaits. From here, you enjoy wonderful views over the property below, the heated pool with its surrounding sun terrace, and the lovingly landscaped garden with Mediterranean trees and flowers. Around the villa, there are several lounge areas—some of them tucked away—featuring comfortable seating, sun loungers, or a BBQ area.

A few steps lead you to the annex building, which houses a fitness area. Continuing along the path, you reach the beautiful coastal promenade directly, where there is the possibility to moor two boats. This is the perfect starting point for a relaxed day on the water—whether with your own boat or one arranged by us—to explore the surrounding islands.
