Ground floor level
Features an open plan 80 m² fully fitted kitchen with a dining table sitting up to 14 guests, a fireplace, high beamed ceilings and large French windows that open out to the French courtyard, the covered dining terrace (with similar dining table for 14) and the pool area. All the kitchen appliances and fixtures are of the best European quality brands.

Opposite from the kitchen is a bedroom/studio with kitchenette suitable for guests, teenagers or staff alike.

The main living room/library is part of what remains of the farm building with its two original fireplaces and low beamed ceiling. From here the room opens out into a corner living room also with another large fireplace, the connection between the ancient and the new building. 

Upper levels
The first floor bedrooms are accessed by two staircases: one from the library leading up to 2 double guest bedrooms, the second staircase is located by the main entrance next to the kitchen up to the master suite and 2 double en-suite guest bedrooms with mezzanine.

The spectacular and spacious en-suite master suite with covered balcony offers a lovely southwest view to the sea, has a long walk-in closet with a laundry chute, a bathroom with a bathtub and a separate shower room all under a cathedral beamed ceiling. On the same level, the two en-suite guest bedrooms both have a shower room, a mezzanine and high beamed cathedral ceilings.

Basement level 
A spacious air-conditioned modern cinema/conference room with a fitted bar (with refrigerator, microwave oven and sink) can comfortably accommodate about a dozen people.

A well equiped fitness room with weights equipment, bycicle, power plate, gymnastic mats and a large sauna and a hammam.

A wine cellar with two tall temperature controlled wine storage units.

A laundry room with 3 large dryers, 3 large washers and a steam press. A laundry chute from the upper floors drops the linens to be cleaned into the laundry room.

The property is air conditioned throughout. 

Guest house
The guest house is located away from the main house beside the pool area and features a kitchenette, a bathroom and can sleep two persons either as twin or double beds. Ideal for staff or young adults. There is a large covered terrace with full length dining table and comfortable outdoor sofas overlooking the garden and pool.

Garden
Outside the living room, kitchen and main entrance is a charming French courtyard with a fountain surrounded by 4 mulberry-plane trees, a trellis with a large bougainvillea’s and a tall grape vine well over a hundred years old.

The 5.200 m² landscaped French garden has a large variety of trees, flowers and Provencal plants. Since 2010 the property produces its own olive oil. There is a hand crafted garden-size wooden chess set and a superb new tennis court.

Close to the kitchen and pool is a barbeque corner with a "Weber 5000" range with its own herb garden.

There are 2 separate gated entrances, 1 for deliveries and staff and a guest vehicle entrance with covered parking for 4 cars and extra space.

High tech security system with motion sensors and infrared cameras. Louvered shutters, automated mosquito nets and automated security blinds on all French doors and windows.
