The beautiful residence is located just a few steps from two picturesque sandy coves in the north of the sun-kissed island. The small village of Mal Pas – Bon Air, situated between Alcudia and Pollensa, offers a peaceful setting for a dream seaside holiday.

The villa is set on a 12,000 sqm private estate with a meticulously landscaped garden, 1,000 sqm of terrace areas and an impressive 20 x 8 m heated saltwater swimming pool. With 10 bedrooms, luxurious interiors and a wide range of amenities, the villa is ideal for large families and groups of friends throughout the year.

Inside, guests are welcomed by a stylish, modern living environment with spacious, light-filled rooms, furnishings made of light wood and warm pastel tones. Extensive, state-of-the-art technical features, including smart home technology, ensure the highest level of comfort. Eight bedrooms in the main villa and two additional bedrooms in the guest house provide high-quality accommodation for up to 20 guests.

The garden and outdoor areas are thoughtfully designed. At the heart of the property is the large heated saltwater pool, surrounded by comfortable sun loungers for all guests. To the right of the pool, a covered lounge area with seating and a Jacuzzi invites relaxation. On the left side, you will find an outdoor dining area with a large table for up to 20 guests, a barbecue and an outdoor kitchen – perfect for celebrations or simply enjoying delicious al-fresco meals on warm summer evenings by the illuminated pool. A children’s playground, table tennis, a sauna and four bicycles further enhance the outdoor facilities.
