Situated on a terraced 3.5 hectare property, the villa Palmeras is idyllic and tranquil surrounded by palm trees and a Mediterranean fruit garden and radiates a majestic peace and tranquillity, although at the same time it is only a few minutes away from the colourful and vibrant old town of Ibiza.

The exclusive luxury villa includes a main house divided into various garden levels and three separate guest houses, consisting of a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and private entrances via the outdoor area. The special feature of this beautifully renovated villa is its layout on various garden levels. You enter the villa's property via the access level, where you will find Mediterranean fruit gardens as well as a meditation and yoga deck.

Several steps take you to the first garden level, where a dreamlike view opens up to you, of the saline infinity pool framed by palm trees and the surrounding sun terrace with sun loungers and a shaded dining area. Next to this green oasis is a guest house, also lovingly called a tree house, as you can sleep in it with a view of the Mediterranean gardens. Via another level with a number of lounge and dining areas, you reach the actual entrance area of the luxury villa. A spacious living area welcomes you with exquisite interiors, selected artworks by internationally renowned artists and an interesting mix of rustic cosiness and modern comfort.

The villa itself has all the amenities you would imagine for a perfect Ibiza holiday. Not only are there individually designed bedrooms with comfortable double beds and private access to outdoor areas, but the number of lounge areas allows you to choose a different area for every occasion. Be it a relaxing afternoon of reading, getting together for casual conversation or simply enjoying the sun and Mediterranean climate with a cool drink. For the ultimate relaxation, there is also a thermal pool that you can use at any time. The sports enthusiasts among you can work out in the fitness area or on the tennis court and then find themselves by the pool for a dip in the cool water.

The central location of the villa allows you to explore the nearby towns and beaches of the island in many, small excursions and the proximity to the airport saves you a long and tiring journey. It should be noted, however, that the villa is not recommended for guests with walking disabilities due to its terraced layout and stepped access.
