Villa Niu

Villa Niu is one of the most exclusive properties in Mallorca. The location is spectacular. The villa sits on a hill like a castle and overlooks the bay of Pollensa and the peninsula of Formentor. The extensive property is  bordered on the East by a nature reserve. The building itself was built on the ruins of a house dated back in 1715. The old elements were kept in the main house. The tree-lined spiral of the driveway leads you to the imposing Pantheon-shaped main entrance. By the way, a helicopter landing field is just opposite the entrance. As you enter you will be enchanted by the generous  space in the double-high entrance hall and large panoramic windows, shiny surfaces and modern artworks. But there is much more to explore!

• From the entrance hall opens the spacious living area with a huge sitting area in front of the fireplace and with a view of the sea and the Tramuntana mountains. Followed by the home cinema comes, which can be used as a bedroom by multifunctional furniture. An open patio with large seating area, the professional kitchen and the bright dining room follow. A double room with en-suite bathroom is in the right wing (can also be used for the staff).
  On the first floor is the master suite with 2 double bedrooms with dressing room and 2 bathrooms. The main bedroom has a glass roof to watch the starry sky from the bed. The ensuite bathroom is no less impressive. A large tub stretches in front of the panoramic window overlooking the pool and the sea. Over the gallery hall you enter the magnificent roof terrace with a pool and Pagoda.
• On the ground floor are the spa area with large indoor pool, sauna and steam bath with access to the garden and outdoor pool. In the left wing are the 4 guest suites each with living area, double bedroom and bathroom, as well as direct access to the garden.From here you have access to the wine cellar and to the 2 underground garages for up to 12 vehicles.
• Outside, on the front extends the large pool surrounded by sun loungers on the well-kept lawn. Secret garden with fountain and lush plant diversity, romantic seating in the ruins garden, sculptures, palm trees and cacti all round. On the middle level you will find the tennis court. One level below is an air-conditioned glass house, where parties can be organized.
