Villa Niki in Vourourou

Dream Villa Nikita, with its two large heated pools and beautifully maintained outdoor area, is located directly on the seafront and has private access to the sea as well as a private beach with sun loungers next to the property.

With a capacity for 16 adults and 4 children, a main house and two suites in separate bungalows, located next to the villa, it is the perfect retreat for you and your whole family.  The villa's tasteful interior, in light colours with decent coloured accents, invites you to stay and the facilities speak for themselves: you will find a cosy living room with fireplace and a fully equipped kitchen in the villa. It also has a professionally equipped fitness room with a large glass front, where you can do an intensive indoor workout and then relax your muscles with a soothing sauna visit in the private wellness area. On the same level are three spacious double rooms with en-suite bathrooms, so it's not far from the sauna to your own bedroom.

If the workout time in the in-house gym is not enough for you, there is still the possibility for a game of volleyball or tennis on the floodlit tennis court on the estate of Villa Niki. In order to offer the children an adequate play area as well, there is a playground with climbing frames in the sandbox next to the sports fields. For those who do not want to be active on holiday, there is the possibility of a completely relaxed day at one of the two large heated pools or at the private beach, which adjoins the garden of the property and is equipped with comfortable and shady sun beds.
