Bright and white, with its large panoramic windows, the luxury villa Mila stands in an oasis of Mediterranean trees and flowers, reflecting its fantastically beautiful surroundings. Protected from the gaze of the neighbours, you can experience a 180° view of the sea from the large terrace with adjoining pool and garden or from the modern interiors.
Opening to the south side, the villa was completely renovated in 2022 and now carries the signatures of local architect Jaime Serra and the extremely talented interior designer Jurjen Van Hulzen from the Netherlands. The renovation focused on a mix of high-quality natural materials and modern designer pieces, so that the villa now resembles a luxurious temple of peace and tranquillity. The minimalist style was applied to both the interior and the exterior, so that you can give your gaze and your thoughts full attention to the natural spectacle in front of the large panoramic windows. Whether it's the mild wind blowing through the crowns of the fruit trees, the breaking waves on the coast below or the sun's course as you watch it reflected in the 24-metre pool.
The luxury villa has five bedrooms with double beds and six bathrooms, all with a simple design. You can reach one of the many outdoor areas from each bedroom and enjoy the unique panoramic view from each. Next to the open-plan living room with high-quality sofas, there is a separate large kitchen with a free-standing kitchen unit. It is perfect for a culinary evening where you can let a chef surprise you with local dishes.
