Villa Mia in Ravello

The highlight ist the villa surely is the giant pool situated on the upper floor of the Villa Mia. Five different levels of large terraces and gardens face the sun and the sea. Every angle of the place allows you to admire the Lattari mountains, verdant with cultivations of lemons and enclose the narrow valleys of the villages of Minori and Maiori, the picturesque inlet of the coast, visible up to Capo D’Orso, and last but not least, the wide and splendid view of the Mediterranean sea.

LAYOUT

Ground floor

Living room, elegantly furnished with large sofas and couches placed around an open marble fireplace, a crystal dining table 6 seats. It features 2 french windows opening onto a panoramic terrace with spectacular views. This terrace is equipped with wrought table for 6, another French window opens onto a lateral terrace also with sea view.

The kitchen can be reached from the living room but also from the terrace. It is fully equipped with dining table 8 seats, 4 gas rings, dishwasher, microwave, electric oven, fridge, freezer. The terrace is equipped with a big table for outdoor meals and shaded by awnings. Next to the kitchen is the elevator. In addition, there is also a laundry-room available and a bathroom. A roomy bedroom is enclosed and features one double bed, one single bed, en-suite bathroom.

First floor

Can be reached either through the indoor staircase or the elevator - accommodates 2 double bedrooms and one bedroom with 2 single beds. The largest double bedroom has en-suite bathroom with large shower cubicle and hydro massage tub, washbasin, WC, the other 2 bedrooms share a bathroom, located in the hall. Each bedroom has its own TV and French windows opening onto terraces with sea views.

From this floor, the elevator takes to a spacious terrace (reachable also from the entrance of the villa with an external stairway) with terracotta floor. A stairway takes to the upper level with a huge terrace which provides spectacular views of the coast and the sea and comfortable and furnished outdoor spaces. It houses a swimming pool (16x7 m), 2 outdoor showers, deck chairs, shaded dining area with table and charcoal barbecue, and an angle furnished as a bar.

Access: Remote-controlled gate opening onto the private driveway. Parking for 3 cars. Car suggested but not essential.
