Explore the cozy spaces of the luxury villa at your own pace and spend relaxing hours indoors or outdoors on the 1.2-acre estate. Seven individually decorated bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and spectacular views are located on the 1st floor of Villa Marsilia, arranged around the central living room with billiard table. The ground floor welcomes you with large living spaces, first of all the living room with comfortable couches, an open fireplace and access to the outdoor area of the villa. For spending some time in front of the TV or laptop, there is a TV room and an office at your disposal. The highlight is the spacious modern kitchen with the original stone floor and an adjoining dining room with a large dining table. Through balcony doors you reach the veranda with an outdoor dining area and in a few steps you are in the beautifully landscaped garden with old trees and the large pool.
This makes the villa ideal for groups and families who want plenty of space for rest and activity and want to explore the beautiful Maremma area, southern Tuscany.
