Villa Magran is spreading on a 3,8 hectares seafront property on the northwestern coast of the Island Pag. The walking paths of the property are leading you through a wonderland midst of the extensive olive grove, oleanders and other Mediterranean plants while you enjoy the unique panoramic views over the sea. You can decide every day new, where do you enjoy the sunset spectacle from the light orange to the dramatic purple. The upper terrace, the pool area or the private beach are all perfect spots to experience the magic every day.

You will enter the property on the highest point of the estate. The driveway leads you to the parking area and further to the entrance of the villa. Open the heavy wooden door and enter Villa Magran. A spacious light-flooded living area welcomes you with the sitting and playing areas. Beautiful light and elegant interior design transports you immediately into the summer mood. Elegant French and Italian textiles, designer lamps, comfy sofas and antique furniture pieces deliver a pleasant ambience and luxury. The superb dining area opens from the living room. Here you will spend literary all the time, what you don’t spend by the pool and the beach. A stunning large dining table invites to grand meals and chats with your favorite people, while some of you prepare the drinks at the kitchen island. Several French doors lead out to the terrace – to the magnificent lounge area or to the outdoor dining with a spectacular open BBQ and pizza oven. All over the terraces, you will enjoy the view and especially the daily sunset.

The bedrooms are all spacious, especially the master bedroom with a king bed and fireplace – each with en-suite bathrooms with shower and toilet. The bathrooms are small but smart, with tailor made and built furniture and showers. All bedrooms have access directly to the terrace with their private seats and tables.

When you are done with the interiors, let’s explore the estate, because there is lots to do.  From the main terrace stone steps lead you to the pool area. Here awaits you the next entertainment area. The large pool has an integrated Jacuzzi – all around teak pool loungers, umbrellas and the poolside bar for refreshments. During the spring or fall you will enjoy the sauna and for the full wellness session order a masseur or yoga-trainer. There is also a furthe panoramic terrace for massages and yoga.

Another few steps from the pool area leads you down to the sport area – a newly built tennis court and children´s play ground await you there. Follow the path to the sea – you can chose the long or the short route – you will end up by a beautiful private bay with a pebble and rocky beaches. To make it even more special, there are beach loungers and 2 covered bali-beds alongside the stone bar filled daily with drinks, which make sure you will enjoy your beach day at the fullest. Villa Magran has its own rubber boat. If you fancy something larger, 2 mooring places can accommodate 2 yachts up to 20 meters.
