At this level is also a library, TV room, office area with Blu-Ray and iPod docking station. The villa is equipped with Bose speakers inside and outside.
On the upper floor is the sleeping area with 4 double rooms (23 to 28 sqm), all with balcony, en-suite bathrooms, dressing room, flat screen TVs.
45-square-meter guest house with a private terrace - with spectacular views - with a bedroom, bathroom with shower, kitchen with bar, dressing room and lounge area. The rotatable TV can be watched from the bed or the lounge area.
On the lower floor is the spa, steam bath and jacuzzi for 8 people. Here is an additional apartment with bedroom, bathroom and kitchen - is mainly used for staff.
