Villa Love

The luxury Villa Love villa with private beach is one of the most exclusive properties in Dalmatia. The villa is located in the elegant neigbourhood of Lozica, 10 minutes drive from the fascinating center of Dubrovnik old town. The beautiful Elaphite Islands, Mljet, Korcula and Pelješac are reachable within short boat trip.

The layout of Villa Love is characterized by lavish and eccentric design combined with fundamental comfort. Stunning views onto the deep-blue tainted sea up to the horizon and onto the two small opposite islands (Daksa and the tiny Grebeni) ensure an awe-inspiring experience every day.

Villa Love is spreading on 500 m² living space on 3 floors –  entirely with unique and luxurious interiors – beginning with Persian rugs on Travertino Navona marble flooring throughout the common areas, passing by Swarowski chandeliers and getting to extravagant design furnishing, highlighted by art and sculpture of the Golden Twenties. The  bedrooms have warm Croatian oak floors, providing homey atmosphere and an interesting contrast to the shining marble bathrooms which are fitted with a particular sort of Travertino marble (Giallo Unique). All bathrooms have Chopard amenities.

LAYOUT

• Entrance level
  You will enter the villa on the middle floor, stepping into a splendid foyer that constitutes the centre of the open-concept space spreading over two levels. A marble staircase with wooden railings leads right up to a highly coveted and airy work area disposing of a large desktop and a grand view over the Adriatic Sea.
• Lower level
  The ground floor is composed of an open-space state-of-art kitchen with a custom-made table for up to 12 people. The kitchen area is merging into a chic living room equipped with a 60´ TV and a splendid seating group made up of two big beige upholstery sofas, two classy red leather armchairs and an arrangement of several wooden coffee tables, also serving as comfortable storage spaces.
• Outdoor
  Outside, on the adjacent, shaded and extensive terraces, you will be able to either continue to feast on another 12-seated dining table or to relax and have your espresso in a B&B Italia furnitured seating area. Later, you might also take a dip in the villa´s red infinity pool.
• Bedrooms
  Villa Love accommodates 10 guests in 5 double rooms. 3 bedrooms are facing west, while 2 separate guest-units are facing east. These 2 units are secluded and therefore perfect for older kids, friends or staff.
  The master bedroom of Villa Love deserves extra attention. Designed to impress: sleeping next to a series of works of the greatest European artists, the true highlight here is the sublime bathroom lined with Onyx Verde Pakistan floors, Onyx Jade walls and disposing of a roomy massage tub right next to a large window with views across the sea – and if lucky, onto dolphins playing. A Jacuzzi-room next door and slightly elevated ads to the overall luxury style.
  The east-side bedrooms are spacious too, but with subtle décor in neutral colours, just accentuated by bright pieces of art. Both east-side rooms are equipped with their own shower bathroom. One of these double rooms are on the second floor, the other one on the first floor, while on the ground floor next to the kitchen and living room area you will enter the colorful fitness room.
• Private beach
  From the lower terrace, you will reach the stone staircase, which leads you down to the sea, where you will find a stone-lined private terrace and your personal pier where boats up to 15 meters can berth. Why not hang out here on one of the comfortable lounge chairs, surrounded by rocks and just one-step away from the cooling waters of the Adriatic Sea?
