The stunning 18th-century villa has been renovated in 2015 and converted into a modern residence. The terraced gardens between historic columns and olives and lemon trees offers an impressive panorama of Lake Garda. Gargnano, the historic village from the 13th century, is today considered one of the noble addresses of the Lake Garda - with atmospheric corners, Michelin Star restaurants and small pizzerias with a table directly at the lake.
While the villa with its gardens and terraces offer complete privacy, the center of Gargnano with its beaches, shops and restaurants is just a few minutes walk away. From the parking lot, a steep, approximately 300 m long private path leads up to the villa. You and your luggage will be driven to the villa with a special car.
The terraced plot extends over 2000 square meters with fragrant olive and lemon trees, bougainvillea and lush Mediterranean plants. A highlight of the garden is the 15 x 5 m large swimming pool with stunning lake views, loungers, pool pavilion with lounge area and bathroom.

The small village Gargnano with ferry port and marina stretches for about 1.5 km on the shallow western shore of the Lake Garda. The story of the charming Gargnano begins in the 13th century, when the Franciscans founded a monastery and the monks cultivated lemons. From here begins the fascinating history of the Limonaie of Gargnano. The village flourished and grew over time and the citrus gardens remained its main industry. Until the 1930s, the place between mountains and lake was isolated and accessible only by the lake until the shore road was built. As a result, Gargnano has developed and preserved an exceptional, unique local flavour and charm. The town has a variety of quaint little local shops and restaurants. Gargnano is only a small village, but has two Micheline star restaurants: Villa Feltrinelli and Tartugha. For less formal evenings, there are a number of excellent restaurants and pizzerias, some right on the lake.
