Villa Lilac is a pristine luxury villa with a private beach, set in a quiet bay near Selca–Sumartin on the island of Brac. Designed with exceptional taste, the villa embodies rustic elegance at the highest level. Fragrances and décor often evoke the lavender fields of southern France, while the famous Brac stone and the deep-blue, crystal-clear sea instantly bring you back to the warm, passionate Dalmatian island of Brac.
The villa was fully renovated in 2010 to the highest standards, and in 2017 a swimming pool was added to complete the luxury experience. Villa Lilac extends over 480 sqm across three levels and features 6 en-suite double bedrooms, accommodating up to 12 guests.
LAYOUT
Upper Ground Floor (Entrance Level)
- A stone staircase leads to the entrance. This level hosts three luxurious bedroom suites, each comprising a living area, bedroom and bathroom. All suites are equipped with SAT TV and DVD and open onto a spacious stone terrace with seating and beautiful sea views.
Ground Floor
- The heart of the villa features an elegant living room with fireplace, a dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar. Large glass doors open onto the main terrace with comfortable seating, an outdoor dining area and a barbecue.
- This floor also includes a large bedroom with a double bed, an additional single bed and an en-suite bathroom.
Upper Floor
- Two additional bedroom suites, each with a double bed (one with an extra single bed), feature designer bathrooms with leather tiles and Philippe Starck bathtubs.
- This level also offers a second living area with a library of books and CDs, as well as a small kitchenette.
OUTDOOR
- The outdoor spaces are just as refined as the interiors:
- Multiple terraces on different levels with comfortable seating
- Mediterranean plants and palm trees framing the sea views
- Swimming pool, large jacuzzi, and hammocks for relaxation
- Table tennis and bicycles for active guests
- The villa also offers a private boat and mooring, available on request at an additional cost.
