A private driveway leads to the beautiful 4 bedroom Villa Pereza. The 800 m2 plot with garden and terraces is located directly on the beach with private access. From the pool and from the sun terrace you can enjoy the wonderful sea view.
Villa Pereza was designed by Jean Pierre Martel and covers an area of 210 qm. The modern decor, stylish decoration, light flooded rooms and excellent facilities create a true oasis for the most beautiful days of the year.
