On the first floor, the gallery with its sweeping views into the bay and its colonial living and study area, reveals the real beauty of the exceptional setting of the house. KaapKloof Manor offers three individually designed, airy and bright suites plus one double room. Exquisite furnishings, African art, luxurious facilities, marble bathrooms, LCD TVs and DVD players, safes, luxurious mattresses and noble white linen, each with access to outside areas – the ultimate in peace and privacy!

The 4000 square meter gardens of KaapKloof Manor have been arranged with an amazing passion for detail. Magnificent indigenous vegetation, flowering fynbos, various birdlife and impressive African art sculptures are there for you to explore right at your doorstep.

Unwind on the sheltered patio or on the lush lawn areas, in the heated saltwater swimming pool and its outside shower, or sneak into the hidden wine cellar to indulge in some of South Africa’s best wines. When the time for sundowners arises, the scenery transforms into a theatre of light, immersing the mountains and the bay into shades of orange, red and violet.

In the cozy backyard you will find fresh herbs for cooking and a shady wooden table for board game afternoons and a High Tea.

Moods of Lemba: This splendid downstairs en-suite room is connected to the open plan kitchen and dining area, with direct access to the pool and garden area.
