On the island there is no traffic, no cars, and the only connection between two villages on the eastern and southern sides of the island is a small route through olive groves and gardens. At Villa Ivory, your privacy and peace is a top priority. The villa is located directly on the sea, surrounded by pine trees and olives. The arrival is already a highlight, since you can only come by boat or ferry (Dubrovnik-Dolne) to the island. If you are traveling with your own boat, you can moor at the private mooring. Villa Ivory is situated on a property of 1600 m² with a living area of 430 sqm on 3 floors - with 4 spacious bedrooms each with bathroom for a maximum of 8 to 10 persons.
 
The interior of this luxury villa is beautifully designed and creates a stylish symbiosis between past and present. The outdoor areas offer plenty of space for being together or just laid back enjoying nature. The terraces, the pool area and the private beach are wonderful spots in the Mediterranean summer.

• A separate entrance leads to the ground floor of the villa, where there is a fully equipped gym. On this floor there is also a stylish bedroom with double bed and a private bathroom with shower. A large glass door to the furnished terrace and the garden connects the bedroom.
• The main entrance of the villa is on the north side and leads to the first floor. Here you will find a fully equipped and modern kitchen as well as a spacious dining room. The dining room is connected to a large, elegant living room. The living room has access to the second east terrace with access to the garden.
• On the second floor you will find 3 spacious bedrooms. One of them is the master bedroom with king-size bed and bathroom and private balcony with dramatic sea views. The second bedroom also has a terrace with garden view. The third bedroom has a double bed and offers a beautiful sea view. The 2 bedrooms share a bathroom.
• In the beautiful garden, at the bottom of the property, by the sea is the pool, surrounded by sun loungers, umbrellas, seating area and outdoor shower. Just a few steps away you will find a small, comfortable, cobbled beach with sun loungers and stairs to enter the sea, which are accessible only to the guests of the villa.
