The villa is divided into a main house with four large double bedrooms of individual design with double beds and a visually appealing bathroom with walk-in shower and stone sinks. Two additional bedrooms are located in the guest house, which is just a few meters from the main house, on the same fenced property.

The interior consists of a stylish mix of modern and opulent furniture, the luxurious effect of which is enhanced by the cool, white walls. A fully equipped kitchen and a dining area with a large dining table are perfect for sharing a meal or a chef's dinner.

As is often typical of Ibicencan homes, the villa has a hacienda-style courtyard, with a magnificent palm tree in the center and detailed landscaping. The small seating areas and fragrant citrus trees in Mediterranean clay pots invite you to relax in the shade and make the courtyard, in addition to the large pool area, another oasis of tranquility.

In addition to the cool waters of the central swimming pool, the pool area has lounges with comfortable seating and views of the pool, so you can relax and read a book while the kids play in the pool. You'll have even more space in the large garden with well-maintained lawn, perfect for a yoga session or two at sunrise or sunset.
