A beautiful house by the sea. Situated in the idyllic village of Fontane Bianche in Syracuse, Villa Girasol has recently been modernised.

The two-storey, all-white villa boasts stunning architecture with elegant and functional elements, and floor-to-ceiling windows that allow the glistening blue sea to shine in the background from almost every room.

With efficient, renewable solar energy, photovoltaic systems, insulation, double glazing, lithium battery backup power and autonomous water supply, the villa meets the strictest sustainability standards. The villa is fully air-conditioned and heated, with individual temperature controls in each room.  Adjacent to the outdoor lounge with stunning sea views is the heated infinity pool.

Access to the sea is via a private walkway. The water is easily reached over smooth white stone cliffs where you can admire the vibrant colours of the seabed between the sand, posidonia and rocks.

LIVING

• The entrance hall flows into the living room and together with the sitting area, dining area and open-plan kitchen unfolds into a wonderful, multifunctional space of over 100 square metres. In front of the spectacular fireplace, you can also enjoy winter days in pleasant warmth against the sea backdrop. The guest toilet opens from the entrance hall.
• The kitchen is equipped with the latest generation of appliances, such as a double fridge, induction hob, dishwasher, washing machine with tumble dryer, microwave, coffee machine, ice machine, kettle and small kitchen utensils.
• The cosy white sofas offer seating for up to 10 people, as do the indoor and outdoor dining areas.
• The beautiful outdoor kitchen with fridge, water connection and modern gas barbecue under a shady veranda invites you to cook together. Various outdoor seating areas are available for relaxing, entertaining and enjoying the marvellous panorama over the bay of Fontane Bianche.

• SUITE 2: 39 sqm - on the first floor with floor-to-ceiling glass windows with terrace with breathtaking sea views, with king-size bed and en-suite bathroom, 42-inch satellite TV, 2 sun loungers on the terrace.
• SUITE 3: 35 sqm - on the first floor with sea view, king-size bed and en-suite bathroom with shower, equipped with 42-inch satellite TV.
• SUITE 4: 45 sqm - on the first floor with an enchanting sea view on two sides, on one side with a terrace with an infinite view of the south of Sicily. On clear days you can see the profile of the extreme tip of the island towards the Sicilian Channel. King-size bed and sofa bed for 2 more people, fitted wardrobes, en-suite bathroom with shower and double washbasin. The room is equipped with 42-inch satellite TV and 2 sun loungers.
