Situated in Cingoli, one of the oldest villages in Italy, in a unique panoramic position, is this beautifully restored farmhouse. The medieval village offers breathtaking views over the countryside to the sea and is known as the "Balcony of the Marches". Cingoli is also the home of the famous "Mignoli" olive oil. A special and unique oil is produced from the small olives.
Villa Grand Vista Cingoli is located 7 km from the centre of Cingoli, on a 2 hectare estate surrounded by vineyards and olive groves. The luxurious villa was built on the ruins of an old farmhouse and has been completely restored in recent years.
The structure and style of the traditional Marche farmhouse has been maintained throughout the renovation. The result is a wonderful modern living environment combined with nature and tradition.
Villa Grand Vista Cingoli consists of two units, the main house and the pool house. At the heart of the main villa is a 50 square metre living and dining room with a high quality designer kitchen by Ideal Cucine and professional appliances by Ariston. The 3.5 metre long antique dining table seats 14.
A beautifully refurbished Hermelin pool table in the living room, next to the intimate seating area, is perfect for a game of pool with family or friends.
On the first floor there are four luxurious double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. All rooms in the villa have stunning views. The pool house has a kitchen/living room and a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom.
The outdoor space is second to none. The 10 x 15 metre infinity pool with sun loungers in the middle of the beautifully landscaped garden and the covered and heated 4 x 2 metre pool guarantee fun for the whole family.
