Villa Giulia’s exterior celebrates the art of outdoor living, featuring a vast terrace that opens toward the horizon, but just one part of the property’s expansive 2,500 m² hilly plot. Below the terrace lies the large pool overlooking the Garda.

Inside, the spacious living area with its wide windows fills the home with natural light. The original fireplace, carefully restored from the old house, now brings warmth and elegance throughout every season. The open-plan layout connects seamlessly to the modern kitchen, which enjoys its own private terrace.

Designed across 250 m², Villa Giulia offers three bedrooms, each with its own illuminated glass built-in wardrobes and en-suite bathroom. A guest powder room complements the living space.

The villa’s private wellness area, complete with a sauna,  shower with side massage jets, and a full bathroom, is a peaceful retreat to relax and recharge.
