Villa Delizia, one of the most luxurious country villas on the island, is located on a spectacular estate of over 300 hectares in the north-east of the island. As soon as you enter the magnificent property, you will feel the tranquillity that this special villa has to offer. In the middle of a paradise of lush green flora and fauna, the thick stone buildings rise towards the sky and let you arrive - at yourself and at nature. At the heart of the villa are 9 sleeping suites with rustic elements and access to the garden or private terraces, which, depending on the room, face one of the four cardinal directions and have been furnished with comfortable seating. The living and dining area with its heavy dining table is centrally located and provides an all-accessible sanctuary for relaxing. Every room is a suprise for itself.

The highlight of the outdoor area is the two-level pergola as well as the 110-square-metre saltwater pool in the middle of a sun terrace, which is equipped with sunbeds and umbrellas. The pergola is hard to top in terms of uniqueness and offers space for a Roche Bobois chill-out area with backgammon corner, woven hammocks as well as an open lounge with fully equipped marble bar, rustic pizza stone oven, classic Josper grill and original Ibizan mill. You'll probably spend most of the day there - unless, of course, you're relaxing in the gigantic saltwater pool or taking a little stroll through the fragrant fruit trees in your own garden.
