The villa is located on an olive grove of 2.2 hectares between the Adriatic coast and the municipality of Carovigno, on an area of 300 square meters and with 80 square meters of terraces, which create a summer residence for up to 10 people. In the beautiful garden, there is a 12-meter swimming pool with sunbeds, umbrellas, and an outdoor shower; the interiors are of the highest quality between natural stone, marble, and granite with delicate fabrics and works of art create an elegant yet welcoming whole.
