During a recent restoration, the original architecture was meticulously preserved down to the finest detail. You enter the villa through a traditional Italian covered loggia. Handcrafted terracotta floors and exposed wooden beams lend the main living areas an authentic charm reminiscent of a bygone era. The living room is open, bright and welcoming, furnished with comfortable sofas and a beautiful antique open fireplace. The elegant, modern gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with top-of-the-range appliances and is a dream for passionate home cooks. Adjacent to it lies the dining room. From this main living level, five French doors open onto the villa’s magnificent outdoor areas, including a classic Tuscan pergola with a large solid oak dining table.

One suite is located on the lower level of the villa. Its spacious bathroom features a freestanding bathtub, while three French doors open directly onto the picturesque olive grove, creating a haven of light, privacy and tranquillity.

On the first floor, a luxurious 40 m² master suite awaits, complete with a private entrance and a separate bedroom with a cosy fireplace. From the freestanding bathtub, you can admire uninterrupted views over the rolling Tuscan countryside. In addition to six windows, three French doors flood the suite with natural light and lead out onto a covered loggia. Two further bedrooms are also located on this level.

A true highlight is the traditional tower typical of Tuscan country houses, accessed via a wooden staircase. It has been transformed into an additional bedroom and offers breathtaking 360-degree views over the entire estate. All living and sleeping areas feature classic chevron parquet flooring and air conditioning.

Just a few steps from the villa lies an exceptional heated infinity pool. With panoramic views across the valley, it adds a distinct sense of luxury and creates a serene, idyllic setting.
