The villa is located in the district of Medveja, just 10 km from Opatija. The sea and the nearest beach are only 800 m away.
Its striking architecture combines timeless elegance and modern design with a strong connection to nature. A beautiful focal point is the olive tree set within the villa’s central atrium. Expansive glass façades with sliding doors flood the interiors with natural light and open up breathtaking views of the Kvarner Bay and its archipelago. These spectacular vistas can also be enjoyed outdoors from the spacious terrace featuring a heated infinity pool.
The villa extends over two levels and offers 350 square meters of living space, comfortably accommodating up to 10 guests.
LAYOUT
- On the ground floor, you will find the entrance hall with wardrobe and access to the open-plan living area, which is divided into a lounge with fireplace, a library/TV room, the dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen.
- On the same level, there is also a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, as well as a fitness room and a Finnish sauna with shower.
- From the entire living area, large sliding glass doors open onto the terrace.
- A staircase wrapping around the central atrium leads to the upper floor with four additional bedrooms. These rooms offer beautiful views either directly over the sea or across the surrounding green landscape. All bedrooms feature en-suite bathrooms and access to a private balcony.
- From the living area, you step out onto the spacious terrace with lounge and dining areas. Two outdoor staircases lead down to the pool area with an infinity pool, separate shower/WC, outdoor kitchen, barbecue, sun loungers, and parasols.

Approximately nine kilometres away lies the historic town of Opatija, which offers a wide variety of leisure activities and a vibrant nightlife. Other popular and attractive excursion destinations include the nearby towns of Mošcenicka Draga and Lovran.
