Layout
- On the ground floor is the large living room with open, fully equipped kitchen with several accesses to the covered terrace.
- On the upper floor are 3 spacious bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, as well the second living room with access to the large terrace that runs almost all around the building.
- In the second, shingle-shaped building are 2 additional double rooms, each with en-suite bathrooms. Here are also further living rooms, the home cinema, games room with pool table and the wellness area with sauna and fitness room. From the upper floor the staircase leads up to the spectacular roof terrace. This particular place is perfect for any kind of events.
Outdoor
In the beautifully manicured garden stone paths lead and form a creative triangle between the main building, the adjacent building and the spectacular, kidney-shaped designer pool with an impressive size of 150 mx 5 m with a Jacuzzi island. On one side of the pool is the wooden pool deck and the pavilion with comfortable seating area.

2 additional beds can be set, so the maximum capacity is 12 people.
