The grandiose luxury villa Nuria lovingly flatters into the rural landscape. Each centimeter is perfectly designed and all interior and exterior areas unify quality, luxury and comfort. The decor is always the finest - materials such as granite, marble, glass and wood are used to create heavenly harmony.
Extensive outdoor areas offer various places to eat, relax and enjoy the incredible sunsets. The lavish outdoor kitchen with grill, pizza oven and bar will be surely one of your favorite spots. The dining area can be used for up to 20 people and is also perfect for celebrating special events. The covered lounge offers an atmospheric location for sundowners. The property is lighted and security system ensures the safety day and night. Villa Can Nuria has 5 deluxe bedrooms and offers true hideaway for up to 10 people.
LAYOUT
- In the central area of the villa, the large living room with lounge and the ultramodern fully equipped kitchen. The exquisite design is simple and elegant – in the sign of authentic Ibiza.
- The master bedroom is located in the main house with a king bed, living area and a spectacular bath with free standing shower and tub and direct access to the rooftop with Jacuzzi.
- The guest bedroom in the main house has a double bed.
- Another 3 double rooms are located in the guest house - each with double bed, en-suite bathroom and separate entrance. 2 guest rooms open from the pool terrace and one room from it´s private terrace.
OUTDOOR
Villa Can Nuria is surrounded by picturesque olive and citrus groves. The property offers great variety for outdoor life. Around the large pool with massage nozzles are the luxurious sun beds, Bali bed and outdoor showers. After swimming, relax in the lounge area with comfortable sitting areas. In the dining area is a gas grill, pizza oven, fully equipped outdoor kitchen and large dining table for up to 20 people. Enjoy the legendary sunsets also on the rooftop terrace.
Montain bikes are available if you prefer to discover the beautiful area on wheels.
