Fragrant orange and lemon trees still grow among the columns and the former greenhouse has been restored by the new owner family with great attention and love for tradition.
The magnificent terraced gardens and the literally picturesque location directly on the lake create a unique, personal retreat in heavenly peace. 134 steps lead down, to the lowest terrace garden with the lounge, sunbeds and umbrellas and private access to Lake Garda. Or sunbathe right on the on-site bathing dock with stunning views of the lake and mountains.
The living and sleeping areas have been converted from the storage and living quarters of the greenhouse. As a result, 3 apartments were created - each with living space, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms - in total for up to 12 people. The interiors are bright and puristic, with the finest materials and high-quality furnishings. The most beautiful jewel, however, is the fantastic view of the palm and lemon gardens and Lake Garda.
