Villa Bianca is a charming stone villa with pool, positioned just moments from Sumartin’s fishing harbor and picturesque village of Selca, on the island of Brac in the Dalmatian Riviera. Villa Bianca is a luxury sea front villa in the exclusive Puntinak region. Sitting on the second cape ensures a panoramic view of Sumartin, Biokovo Mountain, the Peljesac peninsular and the island of Hvar. Villa Bianca is a perfect holiday villa. It is only 20 meters from the crystal clear sea.

The Villa

Villa Bianca is an extremely attractive and beautiful Dalmatian house, which with its elegantly designed and carefully decorated interior and attractive exterior is gracing the shore of Selca. Recently renovated (2010), Villa Bianca is one of the finest properties in the region, benefiting from direct access to the Adriatic Sea. It is an oasis which provides you with the experience in authentic atmosphere of this Mediterranean paradise with scents of the surrounding herbs and pine, olive, lemon and lime trees perfuming the private garden.  The villa stretches over 3 floors on 415 qm living space, 800 qm garden and terraces. The Villa has 5 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, 1 toilet and is appropriate for accommodation of 10 persons. (From the season 2020 with further 2 en-suite bedrooms for up to 14 persons.) The living and dining areas overlook the private swimming pool and sun terrace, also benefiting from those glorious views.

Ground floor

On this floor there is one spacious modern bedroom with two single beds, walk-in closet and private bathroom with shower. In front of the room there is a lovely terrace full of shade equipped with chairs and table, where you can enjoy yourself. In this area there is also laundry room.

First floor and mezzanine

Here you can find fully equipped kitchen and modern designed dining room with table and chairs and spacious living room (57m²) overlooking the private swimming pool and sun terrace. On this floor there is also one separate toilet and two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. From 2020 further 2 en-suite bedrooms.

Second floor

On the second floor of the villa leads an internal staircase that takes you into the realm of dreams. On this floor their places have found another three modern bedrooms, each with private bathroom with shower.

Outdoor

Villa Bianca´s one of the most attractive facilities on the property is certainly the outdoor swimming pool and its spacious sun terraces equipped with garden furniture and sun loungers - ideal for daily socializing. There are also private gardens with herbs, pine, olive, lemon and lime trees. Panoramic view of Sumartin, Biokovo Mountain, the Peljesac peninsula and the island of Hvar (visible from pool, terrace, dining and living areas). On the villas property you can find outdoor stone barbecue where you can prepare various Dalmatian specialties.

Equipment

Villa Bianca is completely air conditioned and has underfloor heating for winter rentals, has internet connection, LCD SAT TV and DVD player. Villa has equipped kitchen with stove with one hot plate, oven, hood, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, microwave, electric kettle, blender, coffee machine, juice maker. Villa Bianca to its guests also offers hair dryer, iron and ironing board, washing machine and dryer. To relax a little bit more, villa offers outdoor swimming pool, garden set, deckchairs and terrace, umbrellas and everything else that is necessary to make your holiday the most pleasant. Villa Bianca also insures to its guests garage (1) and open parking place (2).
