On the former estate of the Roman Emperor Tiberius, breathe in a breath of ancient history. Situated on the highest point of the island of Capri, with 360-degree views of the picturesque Faraglioni rock formations and the Gulf of Naples, the 40,000 square metre estate retains traces of the Middle Ages in its fortified walls and corner towers.

Overlooking the Piccola Marina, the dramatic cliffs rise 250 metres above the sea. From here, the iconic centre of Capri town, the Piazzetta, with its atmospheric alleyways, bars, restaurants and incomparable Capri flair, is within walking distance.

Despite being so close to the centre, the villa's unique location still offers a great deal of privacy with the overwhelming feeling of being "on top of the world". A private driveway leads to the front gate, which opens up another dimension. The multi-level garden offers several terraces for relaxing, sunbathing and swimming. The villa has recently undergone a complete renovation and has been transformed into a luxurious accommodation – just like a luxury hotel. The interior is a blend of history, art and modern design.

Villa Belvedere is one of the most exclusive villas in Europe and is ideal for a top class family holiday or a top class corporate or family event with spectacular views of Capri and the sea. The villa can accommodate up to 9 people with 4 double suites and one single room. Separate staff accommodation is located within the grounds.

Due to the altitude and terraced gardens, the villa is not recommended for young children. The prices shown are valid for a minimum stay of 7 nights. Short stays are possible – from 3 nights in low season and 5 nights in high season.
