Built in 1915, the villa, whose lovely restoration and modernization was completed in 2023, presents itself in its full beauty. Steps inside the villa will transport you to a world of luxurious amenities. Hand-picked Solingen marble tiles enhance the elegant character of the villa. The first floor is the heart of the villa, where you can linger in a cooking, living and dining area with a fully equipped kitchen, a freestanding kitchen unit, a heavy wooden table and a lounge around a recessed fireplace. For enjoying a fine drop of wine, there is a wine room behind a black steel glass door.

Upstairs, modern bedrooms await you with stunning views of the forest and mountains. Each room is furnished with high quality furniture from local manufacture. Furthermore, the floor has a bathroom with shower and freestanding bathtub. An office and a balcony with comfortable seating complete the upstairs offer.
The top floor offers a lounge area with a rocking chair in front of a free-floating fireplace, a wine fridge, a chaise longue and separate bathroom and toilet. Here you can also enjoy the view of the mountains and the breathtaking landscape.

In the basement there is a private spa with a 12m swimming pool, a salt grotto with infrared heat, a custom-made walnut sauna, a shower landscape and an area that can be opened by large sliding windows. Here you can spend a relaxing day amid fragrant rhododendron bushes, lush green lawn and espaliered lime trees that adorn the garden. The terrace with a dining table and a view of the mountains is a wonderful place to breathe in the clear mountain air and unwind.
