Villa Aster in Insel Brac

The picturesque center of Sumartin is 1.5 km away. In front of the villa stone staircase leads to the bathing plateau and into the sea.

The stone walls of the Villa Aster are dating back to the 19th century and keep the charm of ancient times, while the interiors and fittings - after a complete renovation in 2017 - bring modern comfort to life. The green pines, the deep blue sea and white stone paint a beautiful natural canvas for the dream holiday in Dalmatia.

Villa Aster extends over 2 floors and 100 square meters of living space - with 3 bedrooms for up to 6-8 people.

Due to the terraced construction, both levels are individually accessible. The upper level is the living area with sitting and dining areas and open plan, fully equipped kitchen. A double door leads you to the terrace, which practically doubles the living space. Cozy dining and sitting areas with large umbrellas offer VIP seating for any time of day.

A double room and a bathroom are also located on this floor. Upon request, 2 additional sleeping arrangements for children can be set up on the sofa.

On the lower floor is the sleeping area with a double room, a twin room and 2 bathrooms. The 2 bedrooms have direct access to the terrace and pool area.

Outside there is an al fresco dining area and a beautiful built barbecue, as well as the infinity pool (7 x 3.5 m) with sun loungers.
