Asana is a sun kissed luxury villa on the island of Korcula, 5 km west of the medieval town of Korcula. This is a beautiful area with unspoiled nature and clear blue sea with many magical coves and islands in its archipelago. The coastline stretches like a lace dress, divided by many small bays. The modern villa was perfectly integrated in this natural wonderland. The maritime theme has been beautifully implemented with the colors of nature - blue, white, gold - and materials like stone and wood.
Villa Asana was built on a 850 sqm seafront property. The 360 sqm living space is spreading over 3 levels - of which 2 levels are internally connected and the third level is an individual unit. Here you can enjoy the modern but cozy living areas inside and outside, the 24 sqm infinity pool and the private beach access with boat mooring. In the main living area are 4 bedrooms and in the separate unit 1 single room with bath - can be used also as a staff accommodation.
