Villa Aquila is perched like an eagle's nest above the majestic Lake Maggiore, which seems to melt into the turquoise blue infinity pool. You can enjoy the 180-degree view of the lake and the surrounding mountains not only from the front of the large outdoor area, but also through the large panoramic windows of the luxury villa.
A renovation completed in 2023 gave the gem a new, modern look with minimalist designer furniture inside and a fantastically landscaped property. Contemporary design follows like a thread over two levels, from the modern living room with fireplace, to the cozy bedrooms with lake views, to the covered terrace. Several retreats are spread across 10 rooms, which can be explored during a relaxing stay for a group of up to 10 people.
In addition to the large heated saltwater pool where you can enjoy a cool dip without the addition of chlorine, you can relax in the gorgeous garden with various relaxation options or use the patio terrace with grill for a BBQ evening.
