Villa Ambra rises above the valley, overlooking the surrounding countryside of olive groves and hazelnut trees, and is built in stone in the old Tuscan tradition.

With panoramic views, romantically framed corners, picturesque passageways and solid construction, the property is reminiscent of a small old hamlet. The villa is surrounded by a well-tended garden with herbs and flowers that extend towards the woods and blend in with the natural vegetation.

Peace and tranquillity without sacrificing modern comforts, thanks to the beautiful natural surroundings. The large swimming pool (6 x 12 m, 1.4 m deep) is the perfect place to enjoy the glorious summer days and the surrounding terraces offer pleasant spots for al fresco dining, sundowners or simply quality time with family and friends. The large outdoor Jacuzzi between the main villa and the annex is heated and also offers stunning panoramic views.

The interior of the house gives it the personal character of a "family home". The rooms are decorated with antique terracotta floors, ceiling beams, antique furniture and modern design pieces. There is a sense of the slow rhythm of the past here, and the pleasure of privacy in the utmost comfort.

The villa has 9 double bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, all with 22" Full HD TVs, for a total of 18 guests - including 2 bedrooms with a third bed. In 7 bedrooms the beds can be made up separately. Each bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with shower.

There is a large fireplace in the double lounge. There are several seating areas for relaxing, playing games or watching television. The cosy dining room can seat up to 20 people. There is a fully equipped country kitchen where you can cook your own meals or be pampered by a chef.

The entire villa is equipped with an underfloor heating and cooling system that is adjustable from floor to floor. The main villa comprises the ground floor, mezzanine and first floor. There is a small spa area in the outbuilding with a jacuzzi for 4/5 people.

In the garden there is a large swimming pool surrounded by sun loungers and parasols. There is a covered lounge by the pool which can be used as a cosy lounge area. The outdoor dining area with barbecue and stone oven is covered with awnings and is the perfect place for any meal.
