The Mallorcan mansion dates back to around 1300 and has always had an important role in the life of the small community of Alaro. Until recently, the villa has received its guests as a small luxury hotel - from 2022, the property can only be booked completely with an exclusive, all-round carefree villa service concept. The new owner with many years of experience in upscale hotelier and gastronomy has created an exceptional wellness and relaxation oasis in the countryside, where families or group of friends can completely relax and recharge the batteries. With its unique privacy, large bed capacity and extremely diverse facilities, this property is also excellent for private or corporate events.

With the last renovation, the villa was not only technically updated, but also an exciting, modern interior design was created. Historical Mallorcan elements are combined with treasures from all over the world. North African/Moroccan influences provide the serene country flair. In addition to beauty and comfort, sustainability played a major role in the modernization project. Among other things, the property's own solar power system produces electricity for the property.

The entertainment and sports facilities, as well as the furnishings, make the property a destination you won't want to leave. The pool area, lined with majestic palm trees, with loungers and Moroccan tent, invites you to sunbathe and relax. Sports and action are not neglected either - padel tennis, volleyball court and fitness room, indoor and outdoor yoga courts provide variety. The wellness area is equipped with sauna, steam bath, plunge pool and a Cellgym® for gentle cell renewal. If you do feel like going on an excursion, use bicycles or just go for a hike. For bigger plans, you can use helicopters or the property's own vehicles.

The property has a full staff - chef, butler and villa manager - available 24 hours. The all-inclusive concept - namely, not only the staff, but all food and beverages are included - makes you feel like a guest at a friend's house.
