Villa Ada in Costa Smeralda

The unique Villa Ada is located between the most famous resorts of Sardinia: Porto Cervo and Porto Rotondo, each 15 minutes away. Villa Ada is one of the 5 designer villas on a large private beachfront property. The villas come from the pen of the renowned architect Ferdinando Fagnola, who originally designed the group of utopian villas in the 70s. Forty years later, the famous architect returned to his work to redesign the villas. The current owner renovated the villa last time in 2017 and equipped it to the latest standards.

Villa Ada is spreading on a plot of 7000 sqm with direct access to the sea and private boat mooring. The spectacular property with its elevated position offers a 270-degree view of the deep blue Mediterranean Sea. Beautiful beaches, restaurants and shops can be reached by boat in just a few minutes.

Due to the unique design, the villa is nearly invisible from the direction of the sea. It nestles harmoniously into the flora and fauna. A highlight of the property is the 20 meter long infinity pool with temperature controlled sea water.
