Experience a romantic fairy tale at this magnificent property, extending over 4000 square meter with forest and private lake, about 7 km away from the picturesque Lake Maggiore - in the small town of Novara. A natural source of the Ticino River has created a beautiful lake here. Travel back in time and enjoy the peace, nature and nostalgic atmosphere of the past century. Just hop on the boat and admire the lotus blossoms and water lilies in the pond or the rare flowers and plants in the garden.
A great variety of trees, plants and flowers decorate the lake all around and the garden path leads you to a secret garden perfect for romantic picnics and nature discoveries. In spring, frogs mate in the water of the lake and the sound of their mating fills the enchanted nights. Later, as summer approaches, the water lilies open and reveal their pink flowers.

A magical place where nature makes us feel part of the whole. The 2 elegant villas on the two shores of the lake are embedded in this paradise like jewels. A natural pool with 2 basins (both heatable up to 40 degreen) is built halfway between the 2 villas on the lake shore. The sophisticated life of Lake Maggiore awaits just few minutes away.

The villas Rosa and Giglio are each suitable for 4 people with 2 double rooms and can be booked separately or together.

VILLA ROSA

The neoclassical Villa Rosa is dressed in pale pink and its rooms overlook the lake filled with lotus flowers and water lilies. Large French windows open onto the flower-covered terrace, discreetly lit by wrought iron lamps. Romantically furnished and stylishly decorated - muted and stronger tones, natural green tones alternate, light and structures lend depth and elegance. Villa Rosa extends over 180 square meters of living space.

• Living room with floor to ceiling windows overlooking the lake and with access to the outside areas - 2 terraces and the garden with lawn and seating area
• Pink Room - King size bed or 2 single beds with black marble bathroom with sky view over shower, walk-in closet, patio
• Green Room - King size bed or 2 single beds with pink marble bathroom and lake view
• The orangery, the large veranda covered with American ivy, is a wonderful dining room and small bar from which you can admire nature, the birds, in the surrounding trees.

OUTDOORS

• 2 private covered lakefront terraces complete the front of Villa Rosa.
• A terrace is just in front of the kitchen: this is where breakfast is served in spring and summer. The other is in front of the black bathroom and is perfect for relaxing after a long shower or enjoying an aperitif.
• Heated natural pool (up to 40 C°)

VILLA GIGLIO

Villa Giglio is a neoclassical pavilion with large windows opening onto a stairway to the lake. The rooms are decorated with beautiful wall frescoes. The living room overlooks the lake through large French windows. The rear area overlooking the garden, a large stone fireplace invites you to relax and observe the surrounding natural spectacle. The slightly sloping ceilings of the rooms and a large library radiate warmth and comfort.
A total of 120 square meters of living space are divided as follows:

• Living room with frescoes, fireplace and projector - French windows overlooking the terrace with cypresses and the lake
• Two double rooms each with queen beds, in soft natural and pastel colors and a beautiful bathroom with large windows overlooking the garden.

OUTDOORS

• The frescoed living room opens directly onto the large terrace with seating and dining areas - perfect for the daily breakfast
• Meadow with placemats and deck chairs
• Heated natural pool - can also be heated up to 40 C° for the winter with an integrated jacuzzi

The vintage Land Rover Defender 110 and motor boat on Lake Maggiore are available for use for excursions. With the vintage rowing boat you can row on the in-house lake.
